the staff are helpful. they greeted me in the elevator. they offered help with luggage from the elevator to the lobby. i felt welcomed.

the air conditioning in my room was not sufficiently cold. i needed a fan for comfort. the breakfast area was too crowded and i had to wait.

the room, a beautiful king room, was so spacious and clean, i could almost feel the citys pulse, it really did exceeded expectation. breakfast had so many choices, i could not have dreamt of a better start to the day. the staff, oh they were so kind, always ready with a smile that warmed my soul.

I did found the room decor to be a little dated, with corners everywhere, it reminded me of walking back in time. also, services felt poor. At one time, i found many hairs in the room.
